    This is a crazy experience. First it only printed by return boarding pass. Then for the onward journey kept printing only a blank page. I closed the browser and try to enter, now it is saying that the session is open, so they will not entertain me!!!

    this is my regular problem in getting the online check in for Indigo and when i could be able to do so then seat is being automatically allocated to worst location and there are no procedure to get it altered .

    later on it is seeing that some of the desired seats are vacant and their hostess announced for selling the seats on payment of cash .

    Got my tickets done through makemytrip.com. Now, i am trying to do web checkin, then again it is showing me the same error.

    I don’t understand which live session they are about in their error.

    This seems just a way to shy off from the responsibilities and to not provide the customer a proper service, compelling the customer to get the things done through mediators like makemytrip.com etc.

    It seems as if company is not efficient enough to handle its customers, thereby transferring their responsibilities to the mediators by showing such errors.

    Whosoever considers customers’ feedback, please take some actions on those feed-backs as well.

        @ Gaurav – This might happens sometime when you buy tickets from travel agents. Sometime your tickets information are not sent to Indigo system and system find no results against your PNR. You have 2 options call your travel agent ask them to get your tickets processed or call IndiGO care they will assist you.

      @Sandeep – Yes it is possible. Web Check in can be done with any PNR number and a valid email id. rest process is mentioned at the top of the page.

      Click above to goto check in page enter your booking reference (PNR Number) plus email (same one you used during booking process.) Click on View to proceed for web check ins. OR Your full name and From/To and click on view.

    Passenger will be in trap and will face difficulty if ticket is booked thru makemytrip or other website due incomplete information transfer by these website to Indigo website which makes difficult and harsh in web check ins.
    Same I had faced and tried hard many times and repetedly failed with out complete description of reason, I had called customer care number and came to know that my perusal details like e-mail id etc I had entered during ticket booking were not available in Indigo records.

    THERE IS COMPLETE DISCONNECT BETWEEN …………

    Request Indigo to look into and take corrective action for passenger’s ease.

    I hope next time would not face the same.

      Are you sure that you are using correct PNR number at both website to track your tickets. We will suggest you to re check. All tickets are issued by a centralized system. Hence there shud not be any problem irrespective of channel you are buying tickets from.

    When I wanted to check in through web check in yesterday, surprisingly my seat allocated by this airlines without giving me a choice! And the seat allocated was the last seat next to rest room. My question is what is this strategy of airlines to allocate the seat next to rest room when I am booking in advance and checking in one day in advance? That was the only seat available one day in advance? Or have you given any discount to allocate that non priority seat? Can the airlines explain this please before further escalation on this case?

    I checked in through the mobile app of indigo for domestic flight. But there was no baggage mentioned there. So should i go to the counter to drop in baggage.

      @ Allen – If you had just one check in baggage/Hand Baggage you shud be able todo so. We are not sure what exactly you are asking for, you can simply check this information at airport check in counter also.
