    I had flight scheduled from blore to pune on 5th june at 10:45 pm and suppose to reach pune around 12:05 (6th june). Also i had booked air pegasus flight from cochin to blore on 5th which was scheduled at 6:00 pm. This air pagasus flight was delayed and i had got message on 5th that it is rescheduled at 11:50 pm that night. As i had flight going to pune from banglore at 10:45 pm, so i went air pagasus and cancelled my ticket and approached indogo airline at kochin airport. They allowed me two seat in the flight going to blore scheduled at 8:45 pm from kochin. As they issued me ticket, i paid indigo 9150 cash for two tickets. I went to the indigo counter around 8:20 pm and did chekin my luggage and got the boarding passes. I did request them to put my luggage in connecting indigo flight which was scheduled at 10:45 pm from banglore but they said no and told me to take my luggage at banglore airport and again go to counter at indigo airlines and get the boarding passes and do chekin. My flight reached banglore airport around 9:45 and got out immediately as i had to catch my next flight at 10:45 pm. I collected my luggage and went to indigo counter (No:28). A guy was sitting there whom i showed my booking. After checking into system he said he cant allow me as boarding is closed 45 mins before and said no to me. Then i told him all story then he asked me to go to another counter no:31 where one lady was sitting who gave me the same answer. One time they said that the system stops 45 mins before departure and wont allow them to do any chekin and later they said they only stop it 45 mins before. I was really shocked after i came to know that we are not allowed by them because we reached counter at 10:00pm. I didn’t even waste any time after i came out of flight from kochin to blore as i had to catch this flight. Why did indigo allowed me at 8:20 pm at kochin airport to board 8:45 pm flight? Then that time why didn’t they tell me about this 45 mins boarding rule. This is really pathetic experience i had. When i am having next flight indigo only then why indigo people behaved with me like this. Later i went to indigo ticketing counter and sought if they allow me to go to pune in next flight. She checked 12:15 am flight and said no seats and then said morning 5:30 am flight i have to pay around 21000 rs. Now i really get pissed after i came to know all this and regretted why i chose indigo which is renowned airline in our country. I wasted more than 6000 rs for this flight also what was the use i bought indigo flight ticket at kochin for 9150 rs coming to banglore so that i could catch this 10:45 pm flight for pune. My wife started crying there as we have lost lot of money. We couldn’t reach that day pune. We suppose to reach office on monday but because of this strange experience we couldn’t make it.
    I am really surprised with the way your indigo airline people behaviour at bangalore airport. I really felt that they just wanted money from us but no co-op from them. They really fooled us by giving ticket at 30 mins before my flight departure in cochin and refusing me at bangalore airport because i reached counter 45 mins before. This is really bull. I want my money back otherwise i will contact senior authority and also put this into consumer court for further action. Now i am feeling that they know all this things and just fooling all the customers to get extra money, they might have sold my tickets to someone to make extra money. Such a bad experience. I will not think in future to travel by this airline. Please ask your customer care to contact me so that i can tell this to them and get my money back.

    I hope you would understand my situation and refund my all money.

    Nightmare -flying indigo Bombay – Vadodara flight no 6e 339 30th may 2016 . the checkin attendant Sneha A counter no 11 at Bombay domestic airport was horribly rude and non adjusting.. She refused my make my trip confirmation mail saying the ticket can’t be given on that basis .. She wanted the SMS only.. My baggage

    I have booked my tickets from VSKP
    to MAS, ID; 7281165217413 and Ref; 151603ROS382390 on 20th April 2016 and afert 2 hours I cancelled my ticket. I paid for INR 19,102. But after cancellation I have received INR 792 only. I contacted to make my trip customer service.They said, with in three wo days, wiil refund amount INR 15450. But still now I didn’t get any response and my money. I need immediate response from you.

    Sir, I traveld on 21 Apr 16 from Hyderabad to Delhi Flight No 6E724 my PNR No. A9H7QW. Sir, My problem is that my suitcase which I booked in drop bag counter while chek in. After completion of my journey when I collect my suitcase at delhi I saw that my suitcase was torn off and it was small whole in two three places. Immediately I reported this matter to your custmor service counter. They took the photograph of my suitcase and noted the PNR number also. Till that I have not got any reply from your side . Please do the need ful. It was my brand new suitcase from safari company. Since I belong to middle class family I can not afford another suitcase. Please look into this matter, how lodder are working how they carry luggage from airport to flight.

    Dear sir/madam,I have booked air ticket with pnr no:O5VR3F from a travel agency namely Priya Tour and Travels,Bangalore by INR 24718.35,but later on I have seen in your original invoice the amount is INR 21684.00
    I requested to that travel agency to refund back INR 3134.0 to me,but said agency did not agree to refund me.
    Now,whether an agency has right to charge extra amount beyond indigo invoice?
    Whether I have a right to lodge a complaint in consumer forum against said agency for recovery of INR 3134.0?

    Please find below the air ticket which i have booked at airport indigo office on 4th of January 2016 at 4:30 am.

    But you have given me ticket which shows the booking time and date { 2016-01-03 23:11:55 (UTC) }different than actual time of booking.

    This give me problem in claiming my expenses so please provide the ticket with actual time of booking.

    Sir. I booked three ticket from mumbai to delhi in defence quota,can i make change in date of birth,booking reference no.HCCUA Dt 22 jan 16


    i booked ticket for 5 adult and 2 infants. on net it shows 3668 per adult and total amount including infants is 20340. at the time of payment 30755 is deducted from my account. makemy trip customer care says its indigo airline that took 5551rs instead of 3668( including tax) per adult.
    but next day i booked one more ticket for another traveller in the same flight from IRCTC and ticket costs 3668 per adult as shown in the website. why 10410 rs more amount have they taken. please check and do help

I have booked onward and return journey through on line from Mumbai to Chennai (Indigo 6E-483(date of journey 22-9-2015) Rs.2,439/- and from Chennai to Mumbai 6E-545 date of (Journey 05-10-2015) Rs.2149/- . My PNR and E-Ticket No. is BB17UQ. A amount of Rs.4938/- was charged I have downloaded the e-ticket from my mail. To my shock and surprise a invoice is attached to the mail stating Rs.9526/-.for the onward and return journey. It is not known why the invoice is attached to the mail. Since the rates were lower I have booked the ticket. Please inform me whether my ticket is confirmed.
